Alexander Lebedinski concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and international law, business transactions, healthcare and immigration law.

Mr. Lebedinski is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian languages.

International Law and Business Transactions:

Assist foreign entities with U.S. investment and establishing operations in the U.S. Prepare, review and negotiate contracts for international supply, joint venture, agency and distributor relationships Prepare, review and negotiate terms and conditions for purchase and sale of goods, capital equipment purchase agreements, service agreements, joint development agreements and technology license agreements in the automotive and other industries Handle sales and acquisitions of businesses, including asset and stock transactions, prepare letters of intent and private placement memorandums Represented clients from Russia, Japan, Germany, Great Britain, India, Brazil, Canada and Ukraine

Healthcare Law:

Assist international and U.S. employers, both established and start-ups, with selecting and obtaining employment-based visas, visa extensions, and permanent residence (Green Card) for business executives, investors, professionals and their families Assist employers with Form I-9 employment eligibility verification compliance matters Advise corporate and individual clients on various U.S. visa and other immigration matters
