David F Vedder

David F. Vedder is certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in Immigration and Nationality Law and his practice is limited to that area. He has thirty five years experience handling all types of immigration cases including family reunification, employment-based, foreign investors, consular visa processing at United States embassies, naturalization and citizenship matters, deportation, employer sanctions, immigration litigation in federal courts, administrative appeals and asylum.

Mr. Vedder is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell for achieving the highest levels of skill, integrity and professional recognition. He has been named Florida Super Lawyers since 2007 in the Annual Consumer’s Guide published by Law Politics. He has also been awarded the Excellence in Practice in Immigration Law by the American Immigration Lawyers Association in 2009. Mr. Vedder acts as a mentor to other attorneys in immigration and nationality law under the FL Bar Scope program.
