Rakesh Mehrotra is the founder and Managing Attorney of Law Offices of Rakesh Mehrotra, LLC. He has over two decades of rich experience handling all aspects of immigration and nationality laws. He represents numerous corporate clients, enterpreneurs and individual throughout the world. He regularly provides consultations to multinational corporations on complex immigration law issues, strategic corporate immigration planning, recruitment and hiring strategies, Immigration and Department of Labor compliance issues and mergers and acquisitions. He handles cases before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of State, the Department of Labor and other government agencies. 

Being an immigrant himself Rakesh understands the needs and concerns of immigrants. His clients include information technology companies, banks and financial institutions, hospitals, steel manufacturing companies, engineering and biotech companies and luxury hotel chains.
