Mr. Piscopo practices Immigration and Nationality Law. He is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Immigration & Nationality Law. Mr. Piscopo is also former Chairman of the Orange County Bar Association's Immigration Section, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (Southern California Chapter) Liaison Officer to the USCIS-Santa Ana Office.

Mr. Piscopo graduated Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles, CA in 1992, and received his Bachelor's Degree from the College of Staten Island in New York. He is admitted to the California, New York and Federal Bar Associations. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the Immigration Law sections of the Federal, Orange County and Los Angeles County Bar Associations

Mr. Piscopo and his firm handle a wide variety of immigration matters, including family-based and employment-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, citizenship and waiver applications, and consular processing. He appears extensively before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (Immigration Court), the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Administrative Appeals Office, and U.S. Circuit Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit regarding removal and deportation cases. Mr. Piscopo has personally represented thousands of individuals in immigration matters before the immigration court and at USCIS interviews.

He and his firm have been active in many immigrant and minority organizations, including, the Orange County Asian Business Association, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce, Minority Business Association, and Mexican-American Bar Association. He is also proud member of and formerly on the Board of Directors of the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce of Orange County. Additionally, Mr. Piscopo was a member of the Orange County Immigration Fraud Task Force.

Mr. Piscopo writes extensively on immigration matters, and his articles have appeared in leading Filipino-American and Hispanic publications. He has also appeared on radio and television discussing immigration issues and problems facing immigrants in the United States and given numerous seminars on immigration laws.
