Daniel A. Zeft practiced immigration and nationality law with nationally recognized immigration law firms. Mr. Zeft practices exclusively immigration and nationality law, and he has a highly experienced legal staff.

Mr. Zeft has represented Fortune 500 corporations, U.S. subsidiaries and affiliates of foreign multinational corporations, major research universities, and major medical centers with regard to their immigration legal matters. He has also provided representation with regard to immigration legal matters to medium-sized, small, and start-up companies in the high technology, manufacturing, and information technology industries.

Mr. Zeft has achieved successful results on visa and permanent residency petitions for scientists, engineers, information technology professionals, physicians, university professors and researchers, managers, executives, as well as professionals and individuals in other fields. In addition, he has represented numerous individuals in family-based immigration cases and naturalization cases.

Mr. Zeft is a graduate of Princeton University where he received an A.B. degree in Politics in 1990. He was awarded a J.D. degree by the Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington in 1993. At the Indiana University School of Law, Mr. Zeft served as Chief Articles Editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. In addition, he received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International and Comparative Law from George Washington University Law School in Washington D.C. Mr. Zeft's LL.M. thesis appeared as the lead article in the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation published by the School of Law at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mr. Zeft is an adjunct faculty member at the Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington where he lectures on immigration law. He has also spoken on immigration law topics at regional conferences of NAFSA: Association of International Educators.

Mr. Zeft is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He currently serves on the AILA Chicago Chapter's liaison committee with U.S. Customs and Border Protection at Chicago O'Hare International Airport. Mr. Zeft is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, NAFSA: Association of International Educators, and the Japan America Society of Chicago.
