Nathaniel is an Associate in the Corporate section of the Houston office of Munsch Hardt Kopf Harr. His practice emphasis is on immigration matters including employment-based and family-based immigration, I-9 compliance and naturalization/U.S. citizenship.
With more than 10 years of experience in immigration legal needs through various roles, Nathaniel seeks to bring value to his clients by providing innovative solutions. He has assisted large, mid-size, and small companies in various industries with obtaining employment-based work visas for H-1B and E-3 Australian professionals, H-3 trainees, L-1 Intra-company personnel transfers, O-1 Extraordinary Ability, TN-NAFTA professionals, and E-1/E-2 Treaty Traders/Investors.
He has also represented clients in obtaining lawful permanent residency ( 'Greencard' ) through employment and family-based sponsorship, including I-130 and I-140 Immigrant Petitions, PERM labor certifications, National Interest Waivers, Multi-National Executives/Managers, Removal of Conditional Permanent Resident status.
The grandson of an immigrant, Nathaniel is passionate about helping people improve their lives through his immigration practice and community involvement. Through his affiliation with the Kids In Need of Defense (KIND) organization, Nathaniel successfully represented an undocumented child from Guatemala in state family court who was abused and abandoned by his family.
Nathaniel presently serves as President of the Board of Directors for St. Catherine' s Montessori School and is also a frequent speaker about various immigration issues.
