Shae is an attorney and partner in Stinson LLP's Dallas office. Shae counsels clients regarding real estate financing arrangements, global investments, EB-5 financing and SEC Regulation D 506(b) and 506(c) and Regulation S offerings, as well as building EB-5 compliant capital platforms. Shae has advised U.S. House and Senate offices, committees of Congress, Washington, DC policy groups and industry trade groups on EB-5 matters. Shae has structured EB-5 investment transactions for clients with a volume of over $1B in real estate development, service industry, and alternative energy (wind and solar) projects.
