Jenny J. Shen, Esq. is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Pace University School of Law in New York and has a master’s degree from Columbia University. Ms. Shen obtained her undergraduate degree in China.
Prior to forming her own law firm, Ms. Shen practiced law with a New Jersey general practice law firm where she handled civil litigation, commercial transaction, real estate transactions, probate administration, municipal court practice and bankruptcy. She has also worked with a New York immigration law firm and continues to maintain working relationship with the firm. Besides her own practice, Ms. Shen is an Of Counsel of Herbert Law Group, LLC, a full service law firm in northern New Jersey. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Shen taught in a prestigious university in China, worked with a major network television station in New York City, and ventured as an entrepreneur in business management and technology.
Ms. Shen focuses her legal practice on US immigration law, with a concentration on business entrepreneur's and investor’s visas, family based and employment based visas, and naturalization processes. Her clientele spans the US and Asia.
