Mrs. Cabrera has extensive experience in family and employment based immigration. Since immigrating to the United States, she has assisted individuals in satisfying their immigration needs, including family based petitions, employment based visa petitions, criminal relief, waiver applications, foreign adoptions, asylum, non immigrant visas (temporary workers visa), as well as citizenship and naturalization matters.
With extensive world travels and fluency in the Spanish language, attorney Cabrera has a strong international background. Her international experience has made her very accustomed to working with foreign nationals and understanding the specific needs of visa applicants. Because of this, she is closely involved with the processing of immigration matters from start to finish.
Attorney Cabrera practices exclusively in the area of immigration law. Attorney Cabrera received a Master's Degree in Corporate and Finance Law from Wayne State University Law School, Detroit, Michigan in 2004, a Professional Degree in Law from the Catholic University of Arequipa - Peru in 1998, and a Professional Degree in Business Administration in the Saint Agustin National University in Arequipa – Peru in 1998.
