Bernard Sidman

A native of Leeds, England, Bernard Sidman graduated with honors from the University of Sheffield. He went on to practice as a solicitor in London before moving to the United States to found his law firm in 1983.

Since its inception, Bernard’s firm has devoted itself to the practice of immigration law. A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association for over 25 years, Bernard is exceptionally knowledgeable and proficient in his field.

Bernard obtains immigrant and non-immigrant visas for prominent entertainers, models, high tech professionals, journalists, investors and international business clients. As a result of the large number of clients that Bernard represents in the TV and film community, he has received the honor of being the only immigration attorney to be invited as a full voting member of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts. In addition, Bernard has written over 300 published articles about various aspects of immigration for many publications, including the LA Times. He has conducted numerous seminars for professional organizations and he has been featured in several television documentaries and news programs in England and in the United States.

Bernard personally reviews every case before it is filed with the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service to ensure quality and accuracy.
