Our law firm's principal attorney Julia Roussinova possesses over 16 years of experience successfully handling complex Family Immigration and Business Immigration matters before the legacy INS (presently USCIS), U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Department of State. While studying at Seattle University School of Law, Julia completed a 1-year focus area in Tax Law. After graduating from Seattle University School of Law, Julia completed LL.M. Program in Tax Law at University of Washington School of Law. Upon completion of LL.M. in Tax Law, Julia practiced in Thurston County, Washington in the areas of Business Immigration, Family Immigration, Wills and Trusts, Estate Settlement and Probate, Tax Law, Business Planning, Business Formation, and Real Estate Transactions. Prior to attending law school, Julia worked at a law firm in King County, Washington where she assisted attorneys in the complex areas of Business Immigration and Personal Injury.
Julia came to the United States in 1996. She is particularly sensitive to complex issues our clients may face in their immigration process because of her personal immigrant experiences and international background. Native of Samara, Russia and holder of a Master's degree in Linguistics with High Honors, Julia is fluent in Russian.
Julia is a member of Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), including AILA Washington Chapter. Julia is admitted to practice of law before Washington courts, U.S. Tax Court, Internal Revenue Service, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, and various federal and state agencies, including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Department of State.
