Bahadir’s practice is focused on assisting companies, foreign investors and individuals in a broad range of immigration, visa and naturalization matters. In addition to administrative practice before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Labor, and consulates around the world, Bahadir represents clients at USCIS field offices across various jurisdictions.
Bahadir’s practice is backed by advisory experience within the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He researched and provided strategic guidance on investigatory and enforcement matters related to asylum and adjustment of status applications, and represented DHS in Immigration Court proceedings and before the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Bahadir is fluent in Turkish.
