Mark Yelich focuses his practice on employment-based immigration. Mark represents clients in non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters before the Department of Labor, Department of State, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Mark has particular subject matter expertise with outstanding researcher and extraordinary ability permanent residency matters, particularly, within the health care industry.
Mark graduated from The Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law in May 2009 and received a B.A. in Philosophy from John Carroll University. Prior to graduating from law school, Mark was a law clerk at Maggio+ Kattar for two years. Mark is fluent in Croatian.
Mark's practice is limited to federal immigration matters and he is admitted to practice in Maryland. Mark is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA).
