Kim is well-versed in the area of employer I-9 requirements and has successfully defended employers against I-9 compliance audits, conducted "in-house" audits to asses and assist employers in bringing I-9 records into compliance and regularly performs I-9 management training. Kim is a frequent speaker on business immigration issues to human resource personnel and management, as well as at seminars throughout the United States on business immigration and related issues.

Kim is also adept at guiding individuals on their path to become permanent residents and U.S. citizens, as well as reuniting family members through the immigration process. Kim shares clients' joy as they become permanent residents and U.S. citizens.
