Mr. Hagerman is currently Senior Vice-President and a Director at Dunavant Enterprises in Memphis, TN. Until 2010, Dunavant was the world's largest privately owned cotton merchant with offices in Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa. Since 2000, Mr. Hagerman has managed Dunavant's portfolio of US and International real estate investments, including agricultural, residential, HBRH, commercial, and industrial assets. He also serves on Dunavant's Executive Management Board and Risk Management Committee.
Prior to joining Dunavant, Mr. Hagerman was Founder and President of ETI Corporation, a leading consulting engineering firm special in industrial waste management. Mr. Hagerman has been a founder in many companies including the nation's largest Class C/Hazardous and Toxic Waste Disposal and Treatment Facility that was sold to Waste Management and was on the Management Committee for Waste Management/Chemical Waste Manage, Advisor to USPCI/Union Pacific Railroad, and Advisor to Concord Resources Group/Consolidated Rail Corporation.
Mr. Hagerman received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Memphis in 1974 and pursued a Master's of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Memphis in 1978. He is a registered professional engineer in 14 states in the USA and is recognized in several foreign countries.
Mr. Hagerman is a Principal, Director and Managing Advisor of New Tecomate Holdings, LLC, American Plus Investments I, LLC, Business Ideas, LLC, CEDAR Document Technologies, Inc., and several other companies and Chairman of the Board of Advisors, Herff College of Engineering at the University of Memphis.
