Rebecca “Becky” Bodony is the Managing Attorney of the firm’s Chicago Office, Chair of the firm’s Australia & New Zealand Practice and Senior Immigration Counsel.
Becky earned her undergraduate degree from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree and a Masters in International and Comparative Law from Duke Law School. She has lived in Spain, Argentina and China.
Becky focuses on business and investor visas, especially E-3, H-1B, E-2, L-1, EB-1, O-1, and EB-5. She is admitted to practice in New York and can practice immigration law in any state of the U.S.
