Mr. Oak’s background includes holding the positions of Controller and Tax Specialist Manager with many well-known real estate developers and public accounting firms in California, Washington D.C., Virginia and Pennsylvania, including Kenneth Leventhal & Co. for 8 years, one of the preeminent providers of professional services to the US real estate industry.
