As GPARC’s Senior Vice President, Mr. Socquet oversees and directs the promotion of GPARC. Mr. Socquet has over 20 years of real estate experience. Mr Socquet was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for AIG SunAmerica. While at AIG, Mr. Socquet was responsible for private equity investment used for the development of affordable multi-family housing.
His experience includes acquisitions and asset management of all types of real estate. Mr. Socquet received his Bachelor’s Degree from Pepperdine University. He also received his Master’s Degree in Business Management from Pepperdine’s Graziado School of Business.
