As the President and CEO of Global Premier America Regional Center, Mr. Hanna directs the operations and strategic planning of the regional center. Mr. Hanna has 17 years of experience in the real estate development arena, most notably as the President and CEO of Global Premier Development, Inc. (“GPD”), a company known for its comprehensive focus on building over 40 quality developments in California. These developments enhance communities with long-term value through the creation of vibrant, affordable housing communities throughout California.
Mr. Hanna has administered over $500 million of equity investment from his nationally recognized partners, Bank of America, Aegon and AIG/SunAmerica over the last 6 years. His reputation as a leading affordable housing developer in California is well known by investors as well as lenders in the Real Estate Development industry.
