CATHY ZHANG

Mrs. Xinyi Zhang (Cathy) is the Investor Relations Manager at Century American Regional Center. Cathy joined Century American Team in October 2014. Cathy specializes in creating and maintaining relations throughout China as well as English-Mandarin translation services. With Cathy’s Chinese background and language skills, she has provided a bridge for CARC to build strong relationship with EB-5 clients from China. Cathy’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong and credible relationships with the EB-5 clients; editing CARC seasonal newsletter, and developing new EB-relationships.

Cathy has lived and worked in the United States since 2009. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, where she also earned a Master degree in Finance. Prior to her employment with CARC, Cathy worked for a real estate development company and regional center in Florida. Cathy provides extensive knowledge in the EB-5 program and real estate industry due to her 4 years of EB-5 investment related working experience in the U.S.

Cathy values the work she does at CARC and takes great joy in assisting EB-5 clients on their journey to the citizenship by investing in the United States.
