Mr. Elmankabady (“Adel”) is a US Citizen, headquartered in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area.  He currently is a master’s candidate at Emory University and a leader in the fast growing area of EB-5 investment.  

Adel is the Managing Principal of EB-5 Advisory International, LLC (“AI”). 

AI has an investor network consisting of 30 brokers located in over 20 countries throughout the world. The primary concentrations of brokers are in Asian, Europe, The Far East, The Middle East, and South America.

AI coordinates the legal processing of its investors with Olivia Orza, the Managing Partner of Orza Global Immigration, LLC (“OGI”). Ms. Orza is also an Atlanta based immigration attorney.  OGI provides consulting and processing services for the foreign investors from AI.  OGI and AI work closely to prescreen investor candidates with an upfront due diligence program headed by OGI to insure favorable investor processing times and better achieve project timetables.
