At 15, Will decided to leave school at Harrow and his family in London for St. Albans in Washington, DC. After graduating from SMU's business school in 2010, he joined Bisnow, a fledgling DC startup. He’s been a key part of the firm’s meteoric rise, adding 50 employees and moving the company to NYC while building it to become one of the Inc. 5000's fastest growing companies. Will quickly rose through the playing many roles including COO and eventually being named CEO in December 2014. Today, Will leads the firm’s strategic direction and oversees day-to-day operations.
