Verne Bragg is a partner and practice leader in the Audit Services practice of Grant Thornton’s Orlando office, and has more than 25 years of public accounting experience. He began his career with a major international accounting firm and joined Grant Thornton in 2002. Bragg’s client service experience includes assisting clients with meeting SEC filing requirements, implementing new accounting pronouncements, acquisitions and divestitures of businesses, business planning, and implementing stock option and executive compensation plans. He is a frequent speaker and an award-winning author on accounting- and finance-related topics.
Bragg has extensive experience with public and private companies in numerous industries, including construction, real estate, hospitality, professional sports, manufacturing and distribution, technology, agriculture, transportation, construction, and the not-for-profit sector.
