Lawrence Chang is responsible for MCFI’s EB-5 Project Development and Fund Management while promoting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) to the State of Maryland. He is the President of IDI Corporation where he heads the international division working with immigration agencies in South Korea, Vietnam, Hong Kong and China. Most recently, he became the President of the Korean Society of Maryland (KSM) representing the Korean community in the State of Maryland. Mr. Chang served as the Executive Managing Director for Maryland Center in Korea (MCK) as well. MCK is a foreign trade office located in Seoul, Korea; it represents the State of Maryland Department of Business & Economic Development (DBED) and aims to stimulate economic growth and jobs for both South Korea and Maryland.
Mr. Chang seeks and continues to promote economic growth in the State of Maryland. Mr. Chang has a BA degree from the University of Maryland at College Park.
