Born in Mexico City, Mr. Meza has extensive experience in urban and inner ring sub-urban real estate development and resort deal structuring in both Mexico and Texas. He has spent 20+ years in the private sector and with governmental housing authorities. He previously served as regional VP for United Systems Integrators, a global real estate services provider in charge of developing the Latin America market and southwest regions of the U.S. as well as co-founder and managing director of Mi Casa Nueva a privately held condominium developer specializing in the US Hispanic market in Texas. Mr. Meza was also the founding member and director of the Institute of Housing of Mexico City where he managed a land bank for emerging housing development. He is currently a licensed architect educated at Harvard and Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
