Introducing The Iowa Valley Regional Center. Our regioanl center application was submitted in September 2015. The sole purpose of The Iowa Valley Regional Center is to obtain EB-5 funding for a new business enterprise called Feeder Creek Farms, which is a series of very unique Ag Tech cattle raising facilities designed to produce USDA Prime Grade Certified Black Angus (CBA) beef. We are located in the scenic Iowa Valley in Central Iowa. Its a designated Rural Area and TEA. The projects are shovel ready and we have letters of intent from several local enterprises for the products and services we cam provide.
