Capital Placements, LLC (“Capital Placements”) was formed in April 2010 to focus on raising institutional equity for select third-party owners and project managers primarily in the natural resources and commercial real estate sectors.  The Managing Members of Capital Placements have over 20+ years of experience working with institutional and high-net-worth investors including: Private Funds, Financial Institutions, Family Offices, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Private Equity Funds, Endowments, Fortune 1000 Corporations and Utilities. Capital Placements works directly with individual owners, sponsors, general partners and management staffs to advise on appropriate offering terms and deal structures, and assist with the creation of sales materials and offering memorandums.

BIO

Mr. Anacreonte co-founded Capital Placements in 2010 to continue building his placement capabilities developed over the past 10+ years while working with multiple institutional placement agents. Over his career, Mr. Anacreonte has been involved in the structuring and placement of fund offerings in various asset classes including; Commercial Real Estate, Buyout, Mezzanine, Distressed Debt and Small Business Investment Companies (SBIC). In addition, Mr. Anacreonte has experience marketing private placement transactions in commercial real estate (Medical Office, Multifamily, Industrial, Hospitality & Retail), and Energy / Natural Resource related transactions (Oil & Gas, Mining, Wind, Solar & Biofuels). Mr. Anacreonte has extensive knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Community Reinvestment Act, Tax Credit and Private Equity sectors. Prior to forming Capital Placements, Mr. Anacreonte joined CEA Atlantic Advisors in April 2005 as Vice President to help establish the Institutional Placement Group, a division created to raise institutional capital for company sponsored and third party sponsored investment offerings including private equity funds and individual project financing transactions. Prior to joining CEA Atlantic Advisors, Mr. Anacreonte gained experience as Assistant Vice President at Meridian Investments, Inc., an Institutional Placement Agent and FINRA registered Broker/Dealer focused primarily on marketing tax advantaged investment programs including; Affordable Housing, Renewable Energy, Synfuel and New Market Tax Credits. Mr. Anacreonte earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of North Carolina, Wilmington. Mr. Anacreonte is a member of FINRA/SIPC and is currently Series 7, 79 and 63 licensed.
