The Managing Members of Capital Placements have over 20+ years of experience working with institutional and high-net-worth investors including: Private Funds, Financial Institutions, Family Offices, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Private Equity Funds, Endowments, Fortune 1000 Corporations and Utilities. Capital Placements works directly with individual owners, sponsors, general partners and management staffs to advise on appropriate offering terms and deal structures, and assist with the creation of sales materials and offering memorandums.
