Mike Carroll
Mike is responsible for global operations and corporate/government affairs for both organizations. He serves on the President’s Advisory Council for Association Building Committee for Invest in the USA (IIUSA) the EB-5 industry trade organization.
Previously, Mike has held international business development, sales, and senior management positions with major multinational organizations such as British Telecom, Motorola, Iridium and T-Mobile. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Attraction for the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA), the State of Arizona’s economic development entity.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management, and a Master of Legal Studies (MLS) with an emphasis in International Trade from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
Mike lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife and two boys and their beloved Goldendoodle, Snax. In his private time, he coaches youth sports and enjoys traveling with his family.
