Chet has been engaged in the practice of corporate and real estate law for over 35 years. During this time he has served as counsel for both public and private companies in a variety of transactions. These transactions have included real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and public and private debt and equity financings.
Chet received his B.S. in 1967 in Business from the University of Colorado, and his J.D. in 1970 from the University of Colorado School of Law, where he was elected to the Board of Editors of the University of Colorado Law Review.
He served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Colorado School of Law for four years.
