Justin Blackhall is a shareholder and the founding member of Blackhall, P.C. Justin’s practice focuses on the representation of U.S. and international bank and non-bank lenders in complex financing transactions in addition to secondary market and securitized loan products (with a specialization in representing lenders in SBA 504 loan related transactions). Justin joined the RCH team earlier this year and his main responsibilities are transaction oversight and financial counsel.
