Stella Zhang is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of RCH’s worldwide marketing and business development plans.
Because of her lengthy experience working as a senior manager with an immigration law firm for over fourteen years, Ms. Zhang possesses the experience necessary to manage any and all investment and immigration issues which may arise between overseas investors and RCH.
