While being apart of the growing international firm of Engel & Völkers in New York City, I am responsible for maintaining and producing analytical reports of New York City's Real Estate market. I also depict various market trends to aid the advisors individual career growth as well as the growth of E&V NYC. I am responsible for creating and maintaining NYC revenue reports/forecasting, comparable reports, weekly/monthly KPI reports, and market reports. Along side our head of business development, I am also responsible for procuring and speaking to agents who show interest in joining Engel & Völkers and want to take advantage of the impressive opportunity to utilize E&V's global net worth and brand’s image in a way that will benefit the growth of their own personal RE career's.
