Grace Guo is an Investor Relations Assistant at Golden Gate Global. Prior to joining GGG, Grace worked at a merchant banking firm in Beijing, China, where she grew from analyst to senior associate. She assisted more than 20 small-to-midcap Chinese companies with their IPO/RTO processes in the U.S. and has tremendous experience in Chinese cross-border financing and strategic investments. Grace earned her bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Peking University.
Grace is a young professional with over five years of U.S.-China cross border finance experience. Her focus has been on Chinese companies in the consumer, internet and clean-tech industries, as well as American companies seeking to enter the China market.
Born, raised and educated in China but professionally fluent in English, she has an innate understanding of China and the Chinese mindset. A highly analytical and logical person by nature, she studied mathematics at Peking University (one of China’s top universities).
