Mr. Blackman is responsible for CiF's day-to-day activities and for negotiating with prospective borrowers in order to secure optimal terms for CiF's investment projects. In terms of operations, he ensures that each investor's EB-5 process flows smoothly and that CiF adheres to all proper reporting obligations, all while identifying ways to increase the Operations Department's efficiency and accuracy.
As a skilled negotiator with extensive experience in structuring and closing multi-million dollar deals, Mr. Blackman works with borrowers to reach optimal project terms. He also oversees the administering of CiF's loans by working closely with attorneys, financial service providers, consultants, and executives representing CiF's borrowers. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University.
