Stephen Strnisha
As CEO, Mr. Strnisha is responsible for formulating and executing the company's strategic vision. He also fosters CiF's working relationships with a myriad of public, private, and public/private financing and development entities. It is through these connections that the company is able to secure projects with the most promising borrowers.
Mr. Strnisha is a former Director of Finance and Economic Development for the City of Cleveland and in those roles oversaw the financing for several large projects including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Progressive Field and Quicken Loans Arena.
He has also served as a Mayoral Advisor, CFO of Cleveland's Chamber of Commerce and operated his own consulting practice focused on development finance. Mr. Strnisha received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and a Master's degree from Syracuse University.
