Joseph Kong has more than 30 years’ experience in real estate development in California and Hawaii. His activities have included executive direction of the planning, entitlement, permitting, financing, and construction management. He has served as the general partner in many real estate limited partnerships and tenant in common holdings. His companies provide mortgage banking and brokering, financing more than $100 million per year. Joe is originally from Hong Kong and travels to China frequently from his home base in San Francisco, California.
