Joseph Tilley joined the team at EB5 Capital in 2012, and works out of the Washington, D.C. office. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Joe oversees EB5 Capital’s accounting, finance, and human resources functions. In addition to his current role at EB5 Capital, Joe works at Phillips Realty Capital, where he has served as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer for twenty-six years, overseeing PRC’s $2 billion commercial real estate loan portfolio.
Joe is a frequent speaker for the Mortgage Bankers Association, as well as a published author in the Journal of Taxation, the Washington Business Journal, the Corridor Real Estate News, and various other professional publications. Joe received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Delaware and then successfully completed the CPA examination.
