Lulu Gordon joined EB5 Capital in January 2015, and is based in San Francisco. She brings over 25 years of experience in law and finance. As Senior Vice President & General Counsel, Lulu is responsible for EB5 Capital’s operations, marketing, communications, public relations and government partnerships. Additionally, Lulu serves as General Counsel overseeing all corporate legal affairs and outside legal counsel. She is admitted to practice law in both California and New York.
Prior to joining the team at EB5 Capital, Lulu practiced with several prestigious law firms, including McCutchen, Doyle and Wilson Sonsini and held senior positions in private equity and wealth management. Most recently she served as a Managing Director at Ascent Private Capital Management of U.S. Bank. Lulu sits on the Board of Directors for EHSS, a non-profit focused on job skills and training for high school students. Lulu is a graduate of Dartmouth College, and earned her law degree from Georgetown University. She holds a Series 7 and a Series 66 securities license.
