Patrick Rainey has worked for EB5 Capital in the Washington, D.C. office since April 2014. As Associate Director of Investments, Patrick is responsible for managing the due diligence review process for all of EB5 Capital’s deals before their final internal approval and release to the EB-5 market. Patrick also oversees the preparation of all consultant reports and offering documents prior to the start of fundraising. Before joining EB5 Capital, Patrick worked for nearly eight years as a Senior Associate of Acquisitions & Development for DRI Development Services, a real estate development company in Washington, D.C. Patrick is an active member of the D.C. chapter of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders organization. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy from the College of William and Mary.
