Founded Florida real estate firm Tim Pipher Real Estate.
Built and operated Southeastern Studios in Florida, perhaps the most technologically advanced independent studio in the world.
2010's:
Built and opened L.A. Castle Studios in Los Angeles, combining cutting edge technology with cinema quality HD camera gear, to provide producers with unlimited creative choices, stunning quality, and massive cost savings. Merged Florida studio operation with the new California facility.
