Fan Zhang
Fan Zhang joined Wagoner & Steinberg in October 2000, specializing in general litigation, immigration and international business transactions involving the U.S. and the far East.
Fan graduated with B.A. in philosphy from Nanjing University, China in 1989. In 1990, Fan came to the United States as a graduate student enrolling at the University of Wyoming. Fan obtained his M.A. degree in philiosophy from that university in 1992. In 1998, Fan received J.D. (cum laude) from Georgia State University, College of Law.
Fan worked for the Georgia Department of Corrections as a law clerk during law school. He was also a student attorney at the Tax clinic of Georgia State University, College of Law. After graduation, Fan served as the Staff Attorney at the Ottawa County Common Pleas Court. He is licensed in Ohio, Georgia and Michigan.
Fan is currently a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, State Bar of Georgia, the Toledo Bar Association, Lucas County Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
