Immco Investments operates a number of Registered Funds and Equity Ventures. We mainly work in non-traditional capital raises (EBB) for projects seeking capital to replace bridge loans and mezzanine financing. Projects also usually real estate purchases in first phase funding. Projects are mainly hotel, apartment buildings, commercial buildings.
Immco’s Funds have brought in +$200,000,000.00 USD in EB-5 and equity capital in the past three years. Immco is now working on raising capital and marketing for two new projects.
Each Fund works with select FINRA registered Broker Dealers and Registered Investment Advisers. Immco has on staff two registered security dealers and RIA’s to assure FINRA compliance in all projects. Immco offers projects two offices located in Shanghai and Beijing, China with experienced EB-5 and Financial Services professionals.
