In charge of accounting affairs for all Yareton construction projects which include the Tacoma Convention Center Project with 300-room luxury hotel, 150 condominium unit, 400-car garage and large retail space; and a Four Point Sheraton Hotel Project just south of Sea-Tac airport in Des Moines, WA.
• Administer daily bookkeeping, including bank conciliation, A/P and A/R.
• Prepare and file payroll-related taxes, excise tax and assist in tax return preparation.
• Accomplish Projected Revenue Budget and annual Construction Expenditure Sheet filed for USCIS
• Assist in financial statement preparation and analysis.
