Mr. Sullivan is an Executive Director of LCP’s EB-5 program. Prior to The LCP Group, Mr. Sullivan was an Acquisitions Analyst for Kadans Real Estate, a Dutch real estate investment firm focused on built-to-suit warehouse, office, and bio-medical facilities. Mr. Sullivan participated in the acquisition of warehouse, retail, office, restaurant, and laboratory properties valued at over EUR 300 million. Mr. Sullivan has a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
