Mr. Kobierowski worked in the construction development field for over 17 years. He has a bachelor’s degree from the College ofEngineering,School of Construction Management at Arizona State University. After college, Mr. Kobierowski joined Perini Building Company and completed multiple large constructions projects in Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Southern California. Some of the iconic projects Rob completed include: in Las Vegas: Green Valley Ranch Casino,and Ritz Carlton Hotel & Casino Lakes Las Vegas; in Southern California: Pala Casino and Resort, and San Manuel Casino and Bingo; and in Phoenix: Downtown Sheraton Hotel, Downtown Westin Hotel, Freeport McMoRan Headquarters, and Vee Quiva Hotel and Casino. In additionto Mr. Kobierowski’s extensive commercial development experience, he was the Director of Land Development for K. Hovnanian Homes in Southern California where he oversaw the development of more than 10 project sites consisting of thousands of residential and multifamily lots.
