Neeraj Agarwal
From 2011-2014, Neeraj served as in-house counsel for White Lotus Group and its subsidiaries. As in-house counsel, he negotiated and drafted a variety of sophisticated transactional, real estate and finance-related documents, first-chaired multiple trials, and spearheaded projects relating to EB-5 financing, New Market Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and Tax Increment Financing. Neeraj is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Wisconsin Law School.
