Erin Corber

Erin Corber has been practicing immigration law for five years, and for three years as a licensed attorney. She joined the firm in 2014 and provides services to individuals, families, and businesses in complex family-based, employment-based, and other special immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the Department of State. Ms. Corber is a committed advocate of human rights, and she has devoted much of her career to providing humanitarian immigration solutions to victims of oppression, violence, and human trafficking, including T visas, U visas, and immigrant visa petitions under VAWA. She has been heavily involved in litigation of claims of fraud and human trafficking on behalf of foreign nationals who have been the victims of abuse and criminal activity in the U.S.

In addition to her humanitarian pursuits, Ms. Corber has extensive experience in the preparation and filing of non-immigrant and immigrant employment-based visa applications, including nonimmigrant B, E, H-1B, L, and TN visas. She has also successfully worked on many employment-based immigrant visa applications with particular specialization in EB-1 petitions and adjustment of status, PERM preparation, National Interest Waivers, and EB-5 investor visas. Her additional experience includes asylum applications, provisional waivers, family-based immigration petitions, and civil litigation.

Ms. Corber attended Tulane University Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2012, with an additional certificate in international law. While attending school, she served as legal research and writing teaching assistant, and a founding member of the ICC Moot Court Team. She also pursued her international and human rights interests through participation in the Public Interest Law Foundation and as Vice President of the Human Rights Law Society.
