Fred has significant experience in real estate and development with expertise in luxury waterfront and water-view properties, new residential construction, subdivisions, and land development, site location, commercial, retail & industrial sales and leasing.
A native of Manchester, New Hampshire, Fred resides in Dover, NH and is a member of the National & State Associations of REALTORS®, Northern England Commercial Industrial Board of Realtors® (CIBOR), local and statewide MLS boards including; NH, ME & MA, a member of the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce & Graduate of Plymouth State College, B.S., and Boston University M.Ed.
