Bill Steward serves as Chief Operating Officer of BridgeForth Finance, an affiliate of BridgeForth Capital. A finance and operations specialist, Mr. Steward has a proven track record of success in implementing process improvements, building new businesses, managing risk and controllership, and developing technical infrastructures. Prior to joining BridgeForth Finance, Mr. Steward was co-founder and CFO of Imperium Global Partners, Inc., a provider of lending and investment services to middle market businesses. He was also co-founder and CFO of Imperium Partners Group, which had a fund of over $80 million in assets that achieved positive earnings annually since its inception. Mr. Steward was also co-founder and COO of New Stream Commercial Finance, a highly collateralized, secured lender to small and mid-sized companies. Under his leadership, the company generated a portfolio of over $110 million in transactions and collected over $10 million in ancillary fee income in the first year. During his tenure at GE Corporate Financial Services, Mr. Steward was awarded six U.S. Patents and won the prestigious Willis R. Whitney Award.
