Rebecca Mancini represents individual and corporate clients on a wide spectrum of complex corporate immigration and related employment matters.
She advises clients in an array of industries on all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories, including H, L, E, TN, and PERM labor certification, immigrant visa petitions, and adjustment of status applications. She assists clients with due diligence considerations as well as compliance with immigration laws, Department of Labor regulations and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service programs. She also provides outbound services to clients that need effective solutions when looking to transfer employees worldwide.
During law school, Rebecca gained valuable public sector experience as a legal extern for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and as a law clerk for the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
